Join us in driving brand awareness for some of the most exciting telecom products, services, & solutions as a Brand Ambassador. In this part-time role, you will work a market ofmobile carrier locations which need to be visited 2x a month for approximately 1 hour per visit. You will visit 3-6 locations per day.

Position Summary:
Our Area Sales Lead understands that it is possible to build trusting customer service relationships, fostering an environment to assist new customers, while exceeding sales quota. - Take things apart and put them back together

Position Summary:
Our Area Sales Lead understands that it is possible to build trusting customer service relationships, fostering an environment to assist new customers, while exceeding sales quota. Being comfortable with approaching customers to promote a sale is what our Area Sales Leads are all about. At T-ROC, reliability and care are essential in ensuring we meet (and exceed) sales goals, policies are being followed and every customer is engaged!

Job Duties:
- Assist with new hire training for a specific area
- Build trusting customer service relationships
- Travel to multiple retail locations
- Selling electronics and wireless products
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Greet customers to build relationships and promote wireless products
- Must have 3 months of success in wireless sales or equivalent
- Ability to travel within the area regularly upon successful completion of an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) *Allows travel to multiple retail locations in a single day
- Must own a smart phone with a data plan
- Must be willing to adhere to “retail hours.” Flexibility and willingness to work, day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
